What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is the natural evolution of healthcare in the digital world. We live in an increasingly busy and connected world, and more people expect an updated healthcare experience. This method allows you to begin seeing one of our providers from the comfort of your home. Our telehealth program only requires a computer, webcam, and an internet connection to get started.

  • Helps decrease your return trips to the doctor’s office

  • Educates you and your provider about how to manage your illness

  • Offers convenient management of your mental health from anywhere

Telepsychiatry, another aspect of telemedicine, allows qualified psychiatrists to provide treatment to patients remotely, expanding access to behavioral health services. Telepsychiatry offers a wide range of services to patients such as consultations, diagnosis and assessments, therapy sessions, medication therapy management, and routine follow-up meetings.

How it Works

To enroll as a virtual patient, fill out a form and begin seeing one of our providers from the comfort of your home! Our program only requires a webcam and internet connection to get started.

Scheduling a virtual visit with your provider is just like you would a regular office visit. At your scheduled time, simply login to the Lifesize App from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Your telehealth session is a secure, live web-streaming video connection between you and your Capeside provider. It is HIPAA compliant, encrypted, and no patient information is stored.
