Technology Requirements

 

Capeside can assist you throughout the set up process and provide you with ongoing technological support. Above all, you will need a quiet, private work space that is HIPAA compliant and a device with Internet access.

  • 1.8 GHz or higher

  • 6 GB RAM or higher

  • Webcam and speakers

  • HIPAA compliant office space 

 

Video Conferencing

To see a patient virtually, providers and patients will login to the Lifesize App from their smartphones, tablets, or computers at the scheduled time.

The telehealth session is a secure, live web-streaming video connection between the Capeside provider and patient. It is HIPAA compliant, encrypted, and no patient information is stored.

 

E-prescribing:

Capeside Telehealth utilizes MD Tool Box and will be able to send e-scripts to the patient’s pharmacy.

Practice Fusion is our electronic medical records system.
