The Practice

At Capeside Psychiatry, we provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care tailored to each individual. Our outpatient clinic offers the following core services:

  • Thorough mental health assessments by licensed clinicians to accurately diagnose conditions and develop customized treatment plans

  • Safe, effective prescribing and ongoing medication monitoring by our psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners.

  • One-on-one counseling trauma-informed care using proven approaches in-person and virtual. Care for adults, adolescents and children over 6 years old.

  • Supportive therapy sessions focused on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening relationships.

  • Integrated care that connects clients to primary care, school supports, case management, or community-based services as needed.

​

  • Telehealth sessions are offered as an option for those who are not located near our physical offices.
